- Must be Registered Nurse with updated PRC License

2 – Engineer
- Must be Licensed Civil Engineer with updated PRC License
- With at least 3 years of working experience in construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Can work under pressure

3 – Architect
- Must be Licensed Architect; with updated PRC License
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in construction
