- A graduate of BS in Accountancy or any business related work
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience

2 – Plumber
- With 1 year experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably with driver’s license and knows how to drive a motorcycle
- Preferably with diploma in relevant vocational training
3 – Building Maintenance
- Preferably with 1 year experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably with experience in electrical, plumbing and welding
- Preferably with diploma in relevant vocational training
