Aircondition and Refrigeration Technician
Job Summary:
>> Responsible with the over-all maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment of all Canoy Group of Companies.
Primary Responsibilities:
>> Perform daily and monthly routine check-up and monitoring of air-conditioning units, freezers and chillers.
>> Perform immediate troubleshooting, requisition of unit parts and repairs in cases of defective air-conditioning and refrigeration units.
>> Ensures segregation of spare or stock-able unit items and junk items for proper disposal.
>> Responsible for the proper safe keeping and conditioning of maintenance tools and equipment.
>> Documents and Report updates of work to supervisor.
>> Follows company policies and general rules on safety practices and procedures.
>> All other duties as directed by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
>> Must have finished RAC Servicing Courses/Programs and acquired NC II or NC III certifications.
>> Not less than 2 years’ worth of work experience related to refrigeration and air-conditioning repair, installation and maintenance.
>> Satisfy physical demands:
— Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees; including bending, twisting and pulling.
— Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of medium to heavy weight.
— Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing or kneeling.
>> Able to work with less supervision
