1 – Human Resource Supervisor
- With associates degree in related field
- Prior related office experience of at least 3 years is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office Suite or related software
- Able to quickly learn payroll management, Human Resource information System (HRIS), and similar computer applications
2 – HR Assistant
- Proven experience as HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/ administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office)
- Hands on experience with HRIS or HRMS
- Familiar with ATS software and resume databases
- With basic knowledge of labor laws
- With excellent organizational skills
- With strong communication skills
- With a degree in Human Resources or related field
3 – Accounting Supervisor
- With Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA is an advantage
- Proven working experience with at least 3 years as an Accounting Supervisor
- With sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Able to process large amounts of numerical data
- Proficient in MS Excel and Accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Detail-oriented
4 – Accounting Staff
- Similar experience as Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting
- Excellent use of MS Office Word and Excel
- Exceptionally good with spreadsheets
- Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
- Good math skills
- Attentive to details
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- With integrity and can handle confidential information
- With degree in Accounting
- With at least 2 years’ experience
