1 – Business Relations Officer

We are looking for a Business Relations Officer to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Customer Care Management – Spearheads identifying process improvements to ensure excellence in customer experience, timely delivery of services, optimum productivity and effective management of resources.
Account Management – Build and maintain good working relations, provide business support through grass-roots marketing or promos and obtain constant feedback on products and account performance through periodic business reviews.
Training and Staff Development
Business Data Analysis – Provides the Sales Management Team with high-quality and insightful analysis

Requirements & Skills:

Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics and related course
Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in the fashion retail industry

2 – Multimedia Specialist

We are searching for a highly creative Multimedia Specialist to assist in planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. Have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize relevant and engaging contents for all social media channels. Responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and soft selling the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

With good verbal and written communication skills
With knowledge of computer language (website development and others)

3 – Retail Marketing Officer

To qualify for this position, applicant must have a great enthusiasm and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.

Responsibilities:

Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department operations
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of media
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
Prepare content for publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
Conduct marketing research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
