1 – Building Maintenance (Aircon Technician)
Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
Requirements:
- Must have NCII in RAC Servicing (DomRAC)
- At least 1 year experience in aircon servicing (maintenance and troubleshooting)
- Ability to perform a wide variety of maintenance and operational tasks
- Knowledge in other maintenance activities is an advantage
- Can work with minimal supervision
Job Description:
- Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve servicing of air conditioning unit and other building maintenance related task
- Logs daily activities in a Turnover Logbook to update team with progress and new issues
- Responsible for fixing buildings, painting walls and maintaining properties to ensure that they are in good condition

2 – Plant Mechanic (Contract Based)
Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental
Requirements:
- Must have TESDA NC II in any mechanical related course
- Training in condition based monitoring tools is an advantage
- At least one year experience in plant maintenance
- Experience in feed mill production is an advantage
Job Description:
- Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve servicing of bearings, fans, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and stirrers by inspection, dismantling and refitting to maintain equipment reliability
- Logs daily activities into a turnover logbook to update team with progress and new issues
- Carries our troubleshooting especially for unplanned work requests. Activities involve welding-repair, build-up, oxy-ace flame cutting, and brazing to recondition and salvage worn out mechanical parts
- Performs condition-based monitoring activities like the use of belt and shaft alignment tool, bearing heater, thermography, etc.
- Performs repair by dismounting, mounting, overhauling, fitting, polishing and repair-welding to recondition damaged/shabby equipment
