Santos Land Development Corporation in Davao City is looking for:

1 – Strategic Management Associate

Preferably Business Management / Economics or Statistics degree
Knowledgeable in strategic management / business management
Knowledgeable in SWOT Matrix; IFE; EFE and other strategic management tool
Data analytics
At least one year experience in research and business planning / strategic planning
With excellent research skills
Well versed in oral and written communication

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Technology major in Architectural Drafting or two years Architectural Drafting NC2
Preferably with experience in architectural drafting with AutoCAD and Sketch Up
Knowledgeable in designing and drawing using AutoCAD
Knowledgeable in creative designing of brochures, leaflets and flyers
Knowledgeable in construction production and cost estimation
With excellent customer service
Willingness to work on a flexible time with occasional overtime when needed

Civil / Geodetic Engineering degree (can be undergraduate)
Good in AutoCAD and able to prepare survey drawings / stake-out plans and as-built surveys
Knowledgeable in interpreting data in determining position, shapes and elevations of geo and topo features
At least two years working experience a related field
Experienced with high-rise building construction and land development is an advantage
Well versed in using instrument and establishment of line and grade
Able to do high rise construction staking and site layout
Able to interpret construction plans and mark-out / maintain reference points on site

Graduate of Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering and or Vocational Diploma
Knowledgeable in building code standard and Philippine electrical code
Knowledgeable in drawing generation standards (symbols and presentation)
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and other software
At least two years experience in technical drafting (electrical)
Preferably experience in high rise construction
Able to generate electrical detail plans
Has excellent time management skills
Good interpersonal skills and good ethics
Detail oriented and results oriented

Civil Engineer preferably PRC licensed
Well versed in project management software (Primavera / MS Project)
Familiar with master format and organizing WBS accordingly
At least two years of working experience in related field
Experienced with high rise building construction is an advantage
Experienced working with multiple projects is an advantage
Can prepare and administer the overall master schedule or POW
Able to develop a manageable progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and progress report
Able to prepare and present progress report

Engineering graduate preferably PRC licensed
Good knowledge in Quality Management System
Knowledgeable in engineering standards and codes including inspection and testing of requirements
At least two years experience in building construction
Experience in administering Quality Management System
Experience in multi trade site inspection and surveillance
Able to prepare and review inspection and test plans
Good in inspection / testing and prepare QA / QC reports
With understanding of ISO 9001 requirements

Mechanical Engineering graduate preferably PRC licensed
Good knowledge in mechanical codes and standards
Knowledgeable in engineering construction techniques and latest technologies
At least two years experience in building construction as mechanical site engineer
With exposure to site management / project management including quality, safety and environmental management
Must know how to use AutoCAD
Must possess supervisory skills in overseeing building works, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timelines
Proficient in interpreting drawing plans and details

Electrical Engineering graduate preferably PRC licensed
Good knowledge in Philippine Electrical Code & Standards
Knowledgeable in engineering construction techniques and latest technologies
At least two years experience in building construction as site electrical engineer
With exposure to site management / project management including quality, safety and environmental management
Must know how to use AutoCAD
Must possess supervisory skills in overseeing building works, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timelines
Experience in multi trade site inspection and surveillance
Proficient in interpreting drawing plans and details

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferably PRC licensed)
At least one year experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience / knowledgeable in first aid, critical medical thinking, good communication and organizational skills
With BOSH training is an advantage
With good interpersonal skills
Good physical condition and physique
