IMS Specialist
Work Base: San Martin Villanueva
Requirements:
- College graduate
- With relevant experience as IMS Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Assure continuous certification of IMS
- Guides functional groups in refining and maintaining the management system
- Conducts monitoring/audit of various quality management system
- Check the effectiveness of current established systems and gathers information on various areas including the conditions and performance of equipment, records of delays and accidents, status of housekeeping and compliance with legal requirements, HES Plan and international organization for ISO standard among others
- Coordinates the conduct of management review meetings, internal IMS Audit, corrective and preventive action meetings and other relevant company interface procedure discussions
- Oversees the effective implementation of the control of documented information
- Prepare Quality Risk Assessment, Corrective report action, IMS Mandatory procedures and IMS
- Reviews the management review meeting minutes, Analysis of data, Legal Compliance and evaluations of internal IMS Auditor
