1 – Business Center Agent
(Customer Service Representative)
- Responsible for the customer requests, queries and other services deemed necessary
- Responsible for proper implementation and monitoring of corporate accounts, extended services and other customer-oriented services of the store
- Facilitate store return / exchange policy program
- Graduate of any four year course
2 – Admin Clerk
- Responsible for the on time submission of reports and required documents for billing
- Minimum of 6 months experience in the same capacity preferred
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- To be assigned in Robinsons Handyman
3 – Cashier
- Knows how to render good customer service
- Fast learner, hardworking and with good moral character
- Preferably with experience in cash operations in any service oriented organization
- Graduate of any 4 year course
4 – IT Specialist
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / college degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines
- Background in retail industry is an advantage
- Customer service oriented
