Regent Foods Corporation in Misamis Oriental is looking for:
1 – IT Staff
Maintains the computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the company runs smoothly. Monitors and maintains the company computer system, installs and configures hardware and software and solves technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of computers both (software and hardware), replacing parts as required
- Basic knowledge in maintaining server, network cabling, CCTV surveillance, biometrics
- Providing support daily sales report on POS
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Knowledge in POS system, Adobe Photoshop and video editing would be a plus factor
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
- With 1-2 years working experience on the same field
- Computer literate is a must
Qualifications:
- Preferably male, 23-35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Information Technology
- Should have high motivation to work under pressure and dynamic work environment
- Willing to work on extended hours
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to start immediately
2 – Quality Control Staff
Oversees and monitors the inspection and testing of materials and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards, policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Communicate immediately to operators, supervisors or any member of management all circumstances which may affect quality or are considered questionable and unsafe
- Set up and perform all necessary tests and inspections on the raw materials and products at specified stages in production process in order to determine variety of qualities, such as dimensions, performance, chemical properties and other characteristics
- Evaluate data to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
- Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality activities
- Participate in all quality activities, such as preparation and testing of lab batches, investigation of non-conformities, and evaluation of alternative raw materials
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment by properly identifying and storing ingredients, supplies and products as directed and efficiently using various hand tools and equipment
- Initiate implementation of rules and attainment of objectives
- Create measures and control to ensure that product quality is guaranteed
- Responsible for compliance and adherence of Safety and GMP policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Female (23-35 years of age)
- Graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Science and Technology, or any related course
- Experience in food manufacturing setting is an advantage
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge is a plus
- High comfort level working in a dynamic and diverse environment
- Aggressive and willing to be trained and can adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- With the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization
- Goal oriented and knows how to multitask effectively
- Can work with minimal supervision
3 – Production Checker
Qualifications:
- Male, single / married (23 – 35 years of age)
- Graduate of Food Technology and business related course or equivalent
- With at least one year experience in manufacturing is an advantage
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Dedicated and detail oriented
- Goal oriented and knows how to multitask effectively
- Have high sense of responsibility
- Resilient to pressure, can work with minimal supervision
- Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production process and output
- Update production report
- Record production data, prepare report of volume of production, consumption of raw materials and other aspects of production
4 – Production Workers (Arawan)
Responsibilities:
- Male, at least 18 years old
- At least high school graduate
- Physically and mentally fit
- Knows how to multitask
- Attentive and can easily understand instructions
- Responsible, hardworking and honest
- Willing to work on extended hours
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- With or without experience encouraged to apply
5 – Finished Goods / Loading Warehouse Checker
Qualifications:
- Male, single/married (23-35 years of age)
- Graduate of any four year course
- At least one year of working experience in a related position
- Knowledgeable in receipt, inspection, storage and management of goods in the warehouse
- Good knowledge of inventory systems is a must for this job
- Must be flexible and trustworthy
- Willing to render overtime
- Team oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate is a must (Word, Excel and PPT)
- Good organizational skills and keen on details
- Goal oriented and knows how to multi task effectively
- Have high sense of responsibility
- Resilient to pressure, can work with minimal supervision
- Can start immediately
Responsibilities:
- Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
- Check inventory records for accuracy
- Keeps the warehouse and its environs clean to ensure safety
- Sorts, arranges and labels all the goods in the warehouse
- Check load and returned product from delivery
- Keeps inventory or record of the movement of goods in and out of the organization
6 – Machine Operator
Qualifications:
- Male, single / married (23-35 years of age)
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in BSEE, BSECE, BSIT (Major in Electrical and Electronics) or equivalent
- At least one year experience as Machine Operator
- Work experience in Food and Beverage is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in production procedures
- With very good analytical skills
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Can work under pressure with less supervision
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly
- Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed
- Analyze machine operations and output
- Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process
- Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
