Red Construction Technik in Iligan City is looking for:
1 – Civil Engineers
- Preferably a licensed Civil Engineer
- At least one year relevant experience in the construction industry
- Should possess strong leadership skills and be able to deal with all employees from all levels of the organization
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in any location and can start asap
2 – Motorpool Mechanic
- Certification as heavy and light equipment mechanic
- Graduate of automotive course or any vocational course
- Proven work experience as heavy and light equipment mechanic
- Must have at least three years experience
- Excellent mechanical aptitude, coordination and dexterity
- Reliable, result oriented and can work under pressure
- Good moral character
- Has a driver’s license
3 – Operator
- Licensed professional driver
- At least one year relevant experience
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Alert and has initiative
Responsibilities:
- Operate several types of power construction equipment
- Receives written and verbal instructions from the foreman / project engineer regarding materials to move or excavate
- Ensure heavy equipment is clean, safe and securely stored
- May be assigned to operate or drive other units as deemed necessary
4 – Purchasing Staff
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or a related field
- Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Great organizational and planning skills
- Good moral character
Responsibilities:
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchasing package in terms of quality, price, terms and services with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare a purchase order through SAP
- Updating and maintaining records for all orders, pricing, payments and received stocks
5 – Service Driver
- Licensed professional driver
- At least one year relevant experience
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Alert and has initiative
Responsibilities:
- Drive the designated unit for the day
- Performs daily pre-operation check up of the unit
- Perform weekly and monthly maintenance check up of the unit to prevent breakdown
- Complete the daily trip ticket to monitor fuel / lubricant consumption
6 – Site Timekeeper
- Graduate of administrative or clerical or any related field
- With / without experience in construction site timekeeping
- Stay in project based
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Great organizational and planning skills
- Good moral character
- Willing to work in any location and can start asap
