1. Relationship Managers for Valencia and Zamboanga
>> A Relationship Manager generates new commercial loans for the Bank, develop existing loan portfolio, quality, cross-sell the bank’s other products/services and provide professional account management to meet the Bank’s portfolio growth and profitability objectives while preserving asset quality; establish, develop and maintain a lasting and mutually beneficial relationship with customers.
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting or Commerce. Post graduate degree (i.e. MBA, MA) preferred.
>> Working knowledge of international and local trade payments/practices, rules and regulations; training in bank service policies and procedures; account profitability analysis; financial analysis; credit approval preparation.
>> Two (2) years banking industry experience, or five (5) years experience in other industries.
>> Proficient in basic MS Office applications. Marketing and presentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills.

2. Reserve Officer for CDO Business Centers
>> Reserve Officer acts as a reliever primarily for absentee BC non-officer personnel. Responsible for attaining efficient operations of the business center by acting as competent reliever for whatever position being relieved and at the same time ensuring compliance to the Banks policies and procedures. Supports District Service Heads in ensuring BC personnel are observing proper controls and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce
>> Working knowledge of banking transactions and processes. Familiarity with accounting principles and processes, business and technical writing skills.
>> Two (2) years experience in Business Center operations.
>> Have leadership, supervisory, and people-management skills, planning and organization.
>> Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer orientation and commitment.

3. Branch Operations Head for CDO Masterson Business Center
>> Branch Operations Head is responsible for the overall operations of the Business Center as a servicing channel. Ensure strict implementation and consistent compliance to the Bank’s policies and procedures, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the Business Manager’s sales volume objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.
>> Supervises all service personnel in the Business Center and decides for all administrative matters.
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor’s degree in any accounting or business course.
>> Working knowledge of banking transaction and processes. Familiarity with accounting principles and processes, business and technical writing skills
>> Five (5) years industry experience.
>> Have leadership, supervisory, and people management skills, planning and organization skills.
>> Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer orientation and commitment.
