1 – Sales Center Clerk
- BSBA / Secretarial / Financial Management or any business related course
- Fresh graduate / college level are welcome to apply
- Computer literate / proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Superb customer service skills, strong analytical skills, mathematical skills
- Trustworthy, can work with less supervision and with keen eye to details
- Can work in flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
2 – Driver
- Graduate of any two-year vocational course, college level, high school graduate or with TESDA NC-II driving certificate
- At least one (1) year experience, excellent driving skills
- Must possess a professional driver’s license with restriction code (1, 2, 3)
- Availability to work on flexible shifts including on weekend and holiday
- Has basic knowledge on preventive maintenance of the assigned unit
3 – Delivery Sales Representative
- Graduate of any business related course / college level / vocational course or at least high school graduate
- At least six (6) months experience in sales related field is an advantage
- Superb customer service skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Must possess professional driver’s license (with restriction 1 & 2 for motorcycles with side car or 1-2-3 for delivery trucks)
- Must possess a positive a professional attitude
- With knowledge in basic vehicle maintenance troubleshooting knowledge
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in VISMIN
4 – Heavy Truck Driver
- At least high school graduate, graduate of any two-year vocational course or with NC-II driving certificate
- At least one (1) year experience as a Trailer Driver and with excellent driving skills
- Must possess a professional driver’s license with restriction code (1,2,3,8)
- Availability to work on flexible shifts including on weekends and holidays
- Communicate effectively with the logistics personnel during transport and loading / unloading of products
- Has basic knowledge on preventive maintenance of assigned unit
5 – LPG Refiller
- Constantly monitor LPG production and refill empty to half empty cylinders according to the standards required
- Unloading empty cylinders from trucks and initially examine cylinders for any defects
- At least high school graduate or college level of any course with or without work experience
- Basic knowledge in electrical installation
- Good interpersonal skills
- With NC-II Electrical Installation and Maintenance
- Provide great attention to safety
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight
6 – Production Trainee
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Technology / BS Electro Mechanical Technology / BS Electrical Technology (Licensed or Non-Licensed)
- Fresh Graduate or with one (1) year related work experience
- Basic Understanding of plant rules and safety practices
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas and Mindanao
7 – Sales Associate
- At least high school graduate or college level of any course
- With at least 1year experience related in sales; and or quota-based sales
- Superb customer service skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principle and customer services practices
- With good marketing strategy
