1- Fulfilment Supervisor
General Responsibilities:
- Have an in-depth understanding of the fulfilment process of orders via the company’s online platform [Penpenn Grocery]
- Take charge of appointed item pickers that will satisfy the orders made
- Full time working engagement at Fit Mart Gensan
Task Particulars:
- Maintain collaborative communication with dispatch/ delivery team and customer support
- Ensure accurate order completion through continuous monitoring of item pickers
- Increase client satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Supervise ordering process
- Facilitate reconciliation/ solution to serious issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations or logistics
- Excellent problem solving skills

2 – Social Media & Graphics Manager
General Responsibilities:
- This role will mainly be responsible for uplifting the company’s brand through excellent social media management and creating crowd-attracting contents including product photos. You will have a full-time role based in Fit Mart Gensan, General Santos City.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with different creative personnel from departments
- Designing content for our front-end
- Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines and brand message
- Improve and execute social media goals and strategy
- Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Social media literacy
- Outstanding Creativity
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, communications, arts or a related field
- Photoshop Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Confidence when logically presenting information to leadership
- Deadline-driven with ability to show good judgement

Key to a quicker hire:

3 – Dispatch In-Charge
General Responsibilities:
- This role will mainly be responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch of deliveries and occasionally assisting operational needs and customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Constant communication with riders and logistics personnel
- Ensuring orders are handled with care before and during dispatch
- Making sure orders of Penpenn Grocers arrive to their doorsteps at a timely manner
- Making sure handling policies are followed
- Organizing of orders by area and schedule
Requirements:
- College graduate of any course
- 2+ experience in operations
- Organized and communicates well
- Detail Oriented
- Great with problem solving
