1 – Electronics and Communications Engineers
- Strong background in quality and manufacturing systems
- Strong understanding of PCB Assembly, Cable Assembly, and Mechanical Assembly processes and techniques
- Willing to be assigned in Davao or Cotabato
2 – Architectural Staff
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience as an Architect preferred
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Minimal knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
- Strong creative and visualization skills
- Willing to be assigned in Davao
3 – Architects
- Degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- Previous experience as an Architect preferred
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Strong communication and project management skills

4 – Electricians
- Completion of an electrician program at a technical or trade school preferred
- Electrician license required
- 3-5 years of electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license in state of practice
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, climb, squat, reach, and kneel
- Comfortable reading and understanding electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools associated with electrical work
- Willing to be assigned in Davao or CDO City
5 – Aircon Technicians
- Must be a graduate of at least 2 year vocational course in Air Conditioning and Cooling Technician
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a A/C Technician
- Must have wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of air-cons and cooling, heating systems
- Willing to be assigned in Davao or CDO City
6- Ductmem
- Knowledgeable in technical troubleshooting (fabrication & testing)
- Equipment calibration
- HVAC installation and maintenance
- Willing to be assigned in Davao or CDO City
7 – Leadmen
- With 5-10 years experience in leading a particular scope of work
- Good management skills
- Willing to be assigned in Davao or CDO City
8 – Foremen
- With more than 10 years in construction and management experience
- Suitable engineering qualification to understand the technical aspects of the job, production processes, equipment, etc.
- Skill to meet the demands of the job
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City or CDO City
