The National Housing Authority – Marawi Project Management Office (NHA-MPMO) invites interested applicants for employment on a Contract of Service (CoS) basis.
The office is in need of the following for the period of January 2 to June 30, 2021
1 – Senior Draftsman / SG-11
Qualifications:
- A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
- Highly knowledgeable in AutoCad
- Physically fit, with good moral character and no derogatory record
- At least one year relevant experience
- Willing to be assigned in Iligan City/Marawi City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drafts base maps for use in the preliminary studies for the development of housing and/or sites and service projects
- Drafts the scaled preliminary concept plans based on rough to detailed sketches according to specified dimensions
- Drafts the scaled final concept plans and approved preliminary schemes
- Provides assistance in the preparation of drawings of different development schemes for various types of housing project
- Traces maps and architectural plans and
- Performs other related functions as may be required by the NHA-MPMO
2 – Emergency Medical Technician / SG-10
Qualifications:
- Male
- A graduate of Bachelor of Nursing
- Physically fit, with good moral character and no derogatory record
- At least one year relevant experience in a clinic
- Willing to be assigned in Marawi City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process
- Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements
- Contributes to patient database by collecting and accurately documenting information such as height, weight, allergies, vital signs, and patient education needs for review by the physician/provider
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Coordinates and/or provides necessary transportation to clients
- Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies and using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- Performs other related functions as may be required by the NHA-MPMO
3 – Secretary / SG-9
Qualifications:
- Male
- College graduate (preferably a graduate of Business-related course)
- Highly knowledgeable in computer operations and well-versed with basic office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Physically fit, with good moral character and no derogatory record
- At least one year relevant experience
- Willing to be assigned in Marawi City
- Willing to travel anywhere
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and replies to incoming letters of inquiries, requests and other forms of communications from beneficiaries and other parties
- Acts as secretariat for meetings as may be called by the Project Head
- Familiarizes important decisions, programs and policies on the project implementation
- Prepares agenda for meetings, sends notices and other related activities of the MPMO and upkeeps vital records/documents of the project
- Reports regularly and makes himself available to the office of the Project Head
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the NHA-MPMO
4 – Billing Assistant / SG-8
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any business-related course
- Highly knowledgeable in computer operations and well-versed with basic office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Physically fit, with good moral character and no derogatory record
- At least one year relevant experience
- Willing to be assigned in Iligan City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the implemented activities of the MPMO such as processing cash advance requests, replenishment, reimbursements and liquidations
- Performs bank transactions like deposits and withdrawals
- Performs bookkeeping and accounts receivable/payable tasks
- Files official documents and
- Performs other related functions as may be required by the NHA-MPMO
5 – Liaison Aide / SG-4
Qualifications:
- At least two year in college
- Knowledgeable in basic computer operations and well-versed with basic office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Physically fit, with good moral character and no derogatory record
- At least one year relevant experience
- Willing to be assigned in Iligan City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick-ups, sorts, delivers and records correspondence, communications and other items to and from different divisions/departments or persons within the building
- Makes outside pick-up or delivery trips to and from other government and private establishments and homes
- Obtains signed receipts for articles delivered or picked-up
- Follows up requisitions, job orders/requests for repairs of equipment or fixtures and for signature of responsible officials
- Assists in recording incoming and outgoing documents
- Performs other related functions as may be required by the NHA-MPMO
6 – Admin Aide / SG-4
Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Physically fit, with good moral character and no derogatory record
- Knowledgeable in basic computer operations and well-versed with basic office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- At least one year relevant experience
- Willing to be assigned in Marawi City
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains the cleanliness of the office premises and facilities of the MPMO
- Performs a variety of office tasks such as collating, binding, messengerial works and running errands
- Brews coffee and tea, and serves food and beverages to MPMO’s executives and guests
- Cleans and polishes glass shelves, utensils, desk and other general premises of the office
- Acts as custodian of kitchenware and coffee room supplies
- Performs other related functions as may be required by the NHA-MPMO
Other factors considered shall be competence and knowledge of the job, critical/logical thinking, leadership, personality/interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written).
