MM Hospitality Corporation in Valencia, Bukidnon is looking for:
1 – Food Attendant
- College level, at least 2 years in college
- With at least 1 year experience in cashiering and preferably with basic knowledge in bartending
- Has knowledge in inventory and food safety and food handling
- With good communication and customer service skills
- Flexible in terms of assigned task
- Has the ability to multi-task
- Computer literate
- With basic math skills and has the ability to handle cash/credit card transactions and cash register
2 – Bartender
- College level, at least 2 years in college
- Has at least 1 year of experience in bartending
- Has working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes
- Computer literate
- Basic math skills
- Bartending skills
- Communication skill
- Customer service
3 – Quality Control Officer
- Must be a college graduate of a 4 year course or any related field
- With at least 1 year experience in the same field or its equivalent
- Preferably with knowledge in GMP, HACCP and Serve Safe Certification
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficient in Word and Excel
- Must be organized, resourceful and trustworthy
4 – Sales Clerk
- College graduate from any discipline
- With at least 1 year experience but fresh graduates are also accepted
- Knowledgeable in MS Office application
- With good organizational skills
- With good communication skills
- Must be patient and helpful
- Has the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Able to work nights, weekends and occasional holidays
- Willing to learn and grow
5 – Kitchen Staff
- College graduate / college level / high school graduate
- Must have basic knowledge of varied food preparation
- Basic Food Safety and Food Handling
- Can cook and be able to follow set cooking/preparation process (SOP)
- Preferably with Food Handling Certification
- Must have good communication skills
- Can manage time effectively and can multi task
- Understands health and safety guidelines
- Able to work early in the morning, nights and weekends
- With great physical endurance
- Works well as part of a team and individually
