1. Maintenance Planner
Requirements:
>> A graduate of a four year course – BS Electrical Engineering or any related Engineering courses
>> 1-2 years of experience in the same field
>> Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
>> Has knowledge in maintenance planning
>> Has knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical engineering terms
>> Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
>> Ability to work well under pressure
>> Must have good attitude towards work
Responsibility:
>> To maintain and administer the ICAM system in support of the Engineering Maintenance Management, Inventory and purchasing management initiatives.
2. GL Accountant
Requirements:
>> A graduate of BS in Accountancy
>> With work experience of at least three years in a similar position or field
>> Has theoretical and practical knowledge and skills on various areas of Finance
>> Has basic knowledge in Port/Terminal operations
>> Computer literate/able to use standard software programs MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet)
Responsibility:
>> Primarily responsible for the maintenance and updating of the company’s Books of Account.
3. Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:
>> Must be a Mechanical/Electrical engineer
>> Fluency and understanding of English and the local language both spoken and written
>> At least three years work experience in the related field
>> Familiarity with modern maintenance methods in a port environment
>> Supervisory skills in the field of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering such as maintenance of port cranes, heavy equipment or other types of machinery
>> Preferably with preventive, corrective maintenance, documentation, report generation, troubleshooting and leadership skills
>> Computer literate and able to use standard software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project and PowerPoint
>> Detailed technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, lifting equipment mechanisms, critical components and appropriate maintenance, inspection and testing of such items
Responsibility:
>> Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance work of the department, implemented and accomplished according to work quality standards, company policies and procedures and budget to ensure that KPIs are met according to corporate standards
