- Graduates of AB/BS Psychology or any Behavioral Science Course
- BS Accountancy or BS Accounting Technology preferably a Certified Public Accountant, BS Business Administration
- Excel in oral and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- For deployment to Human Resource, Finance, Sales & Marketing units
2 – Operations Unit Staff
- Graduates of BS Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Electronics Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering
- For deployment to Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Logistics units
