Mindanao Container Corporation in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental is looking for an:
In-Process Inspector
Department:
- Quality Assurance
Primary Function:
Monitors the quality of outgoing products or Work-In-Process (WIP). Also tasked with conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and monitor production to ensure that they are within acceptable MCC standards.
Major Responsibilities:
- Monitors and measures products or line output with rulers, calipers, gauges or micrometers in all areas of production to ensure compliance with MCC standards.
- Conducts visual inspection of both internal and external painted drums.
- Conducts product testing, Hydrostatic Tests and Drop Tests.
- Performs visual inspections of finished products of defects.
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- Inspects quality of all outgoing finished products.
Educational Background:
- College level or high school graduate
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in manufacturing industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Fit and healthy, able to work extended hours at times of critical equipment breakdown.
Work Relationships:
- Reporting to QA Supervisor
- Internal: Production, Maintenance

Technical:
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Basic knowledge in paint application
- Basic knowledge in using measuring tools

- Basic knowledge in problem solving
- In-depth knowledge in drum manufacturing
- Team player
