Kennemer Foods International, Inc. in Tagum City is looking for:
1 – Systems and Transformation Manager
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any IT-related field
- 5+ years’ experience in advising, scoping and delivering innovative technology services
- At least 5 years Technical experience around various automation systems
- Understanding of workflow logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
- Strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills; Experience making data-driven recommendations and decisions.
- Business case development; Understanding business challenges and explaining solutions can provide value
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a “get things done” attitude
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients and business representatives
- Ability to facilitate effective meetings
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently in a fast-pace agile team environment to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards; does not require close supervision
2 – Data Management Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business or related course
- At least 5 years of management experience and has the ability to analyze large datasets and create workflows
- Can perform analysis in various areas of business operations, prepare & submit reports for stakeholders i.e Monthly Operation Report (MOR), Inventory & Supply Outlook, Stock Out Report & Root Cause Analysis
- Has experience in working with IT to develop data analytics system and module
- Preferably with experience in any of the following tools/programming language: data analysis tool (i.e. Alteryx), data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Qliksense), R, Python, Strata
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Team player with the ability to engage in diverse and international teams
- Good analytical skills and with strong attention to detail
