1 – Field Collector
- Preferably male
- Graduate of any four year course
- Good oral and written communication
- With or without experience in related field (banking, lending or financing)
- Has strong personality and keen on details
- Must have own motorcycle (with monthly motor allowance)
- Willing to do field work
2 – Remedial Officer
- Preferably male
- Graduate of any four year course
- Good oral and written communication
- With experience in related field (banking, lending or financing)
- Has strong personality and keen on details
- Must have own motorcycle
3 – Legal Officer
- Preferably a 3rd/4th year law student or a graduate of law but has not taken the bar exam
- With strong law experience/background
- Good in documentation and analytical thinking
- Has strong personality and keen on details
