- Graduate of Psychology, HR Management
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English
- Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Easy to adapt new technology
2 – Admin Assistants
- College graduate of any 4 years course
- With experience in an office set is required for this position
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
3 – Logistics Staff
- Works fast and attention to detail
- Very organized and has initiative and leadership skills
- With good communication skills, both in oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Know how to drive
- Knowledge in inventory
- Physically fit
- Originally from Davao
3 – Project Managers
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology (at least 3 years of experience)
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of PMis an advantage
- Hardworking, honest, loyal and trainable
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Determined and result oriented
- Can handle pressure
- Willing to be assigned in Davao or Cebu
- Knowledge in azure devops any Agile Tools is an advantage
4 – Project Coordinators
- Graduate of BS in Information Technology
- At least 3 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Project Management is an advantage
- Hardworking, honest, loyal and trainable
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Determined and results oriented
- Can handle pressure. Willing to be assigned in Davao or Cebu
- Has the capacity to manage people and different task
- Knowledge in azure devops any Agile Tools is an advantage
5 – Team Leaders
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a supervisory capacity/being a training supervisor
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
6 – Full Stack Developers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Team player with a “get it done” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The track record for building web applications that work well on multiple browsers and devices types
- Must have proficient communication skills in verbal and written English
- Experience using automated build tools for web applications
- 1 year of Full Stack development experience
7 – Back End Developers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Team player with a “get it done” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8 – Front End Developers
- The track record for building web applications that work well on multiple browsers and devices types
- Must have proficient communication skills in verbal and written English
- Experience using automated build tools for web applications
- 1 year of software development experience
9 – Quality Assurance Specialists
- With experience is required for this position
- Strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with all levels within the organization
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
