>> With at least 3 years working experience in shipyard as PROJECT IN-CHARGE
>> Proven track record in implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in project execution, improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost saving
>> With leadership and management skills
3. Operations Head
>> Licensed Naval Architect and Marine Engineer
>> At least 10 years working experience in ship repair and ship building
>> Proficient in computer operation
>> Excellent communication skills, oral and written
>> Pro-active and willing to work under pressure
