DoughBake, Inc. in Cagayan de Oro is looking for:
1 – HR Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Good in communication and has interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft and willing to undergo training
- With at least 1 year experience in related field is an advantage
2 – Engineering Technician
- College graduate or with TESDA certificate
- Preferably with knowledge in RAC (Refrigeration and Air-conditioning) or electrical works
- Minimum of 6 months in related field
- Can work under pressure and has a good working attitude
- Preferably male and single
3 – Quality Assurance Officer
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Food Technology
- Solid background in all Quality Assurance methodologies
- At least 6 months experience is an advantage, preferably with technical understanding and knowledge in food industry
- Can work beyond working hours and under pressure
