Community Economic Ventures, Inc., a microfinance NGO in Davao City is looking for:
1 – Unit Team Leader
- Male or Female
- A Graduate of any 4 year course preferably business related
- With at least 1 year of related experience in a microfinance institution
- Good people management skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possesses strong Christian values and high standard of professional ethics striving to act in accordance with cultural sensitivities
- Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization deals and core values
2 – Team Supervisors
- Male or Female
- A Graduate of any 4 year course preferably business related
- With at least 1 year of experience in microfinance
- Good facilitation skills and very good communication and marketing skills
- Particular to details and must be well-versed of the CEVI operations policy
- Possesses strong Christian values and high standard of professional ethics striving to act in accordance with cultural sensitivities
- Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization deals and core values
3 – Enterprise Development Officers
- Male or Female
- Community-service oriented
- Preferably a graduate of any four-year course
- Preferably knows how to drive a motorcycle
- Willing to be assigned in any of CEVI Mindanao branches
