Job Description:
- Plans out and develops curriculum materials
- Teaches according to one’s area of application
- Provides technical assistance and support in the preparation of technical documents, reports and activities of the office
- Studies the needs of the students and articulates the same in theoretical and practical aspects
- Coordinates with the cooperating teachers or industries in planning programs, projects, etc.
- Attends meetings called for the improvement of administrative and instructional activities
- Drafts routine communications related to area of coverage
- Performs other related functions as authorized
2 – Administrative Officer IV
- Salary Grade 15
- Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- Experience: 1 year relevant experience
- Training: 4 hours of relevant training
- Eligibility: Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility
Job Description:
- Prepares financial accountability reports for submission to fiscal offices/agencies
- Reviews all disbursement vouchers and accountability reports for submission to respective offices/agencies
- Acts as the institute counterpart in human resource management and development
- Participates in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of Division targets and performance according to agreed indicators and measures
- Assists in the provision of technical and administrative support to school clients
- Coordinates with internal and external customers on matters related to quality management system and the division’s operations
- Maintains files of the division’s documents and records
- Performs other related functions
3 – Vocational School Administrator
- Salary Grade 24
- Education: Master’s Degree
- Experience: 5 years of supervisory/ managerial experience
- Training: 120 hours of managerial training
- Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for second level positions
Job Description:
- Administers the operation of the school
- Formulates, executes, monitors and evaluates school policies, systems, programs and plans
- Manages the human, physical and financial resources of the school
- Prepare/submits annual budget estimates and other school reports
- Monitors the implementation and compliance to curricular, administrative and quality requirements
- Leads and manages work teams
- Monitors and evaluates team/individual performances
- Establishes and maintains linkages with agencies and industry partners
- Establishes and strengthens resource generation activities for the schools
- Performs related functions as maybe necessary
