Production Manager
Accountabilities:
- Supervision of production lines as mandated by immediate supervisor.
- Sustain team spirit among the members of the plant operation
- Ensures all production equipment and machines are in A-1 condition
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Implement health, safety and environment policies
- Analytical
Behavioral Competencies:
Innovation, results orientation, open mindedness and adaptability, inter-personal effectivenetss, accountability and commitment
Experience:
At least 5-10 years experience in production operation, adept in production planning.
Education:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer or Chemical Engineer
