1 – HR Staff
- Handles the timekeeping and recruitment
- Assists in the administration of training needs and handles the learning and development area
- Provides administrative support in cases of employee grievances and disciplinary actions for the resolution of cases
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Willing to be assigend in Cagayan de Oro
2 – Human Resource Manager
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- A registered Psychometrician or MBA in HRM is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience as a manager in human resource management
- Has excellent working knowledge in all facets of HR
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to prioritize tasks in order of importance
Job Summary:
- Plan, lead, oversee, organize and control all activities in the HR department according to the vision and mission of the company
- Formulate and implement policies to achieve the company’s human resource goals
- Supports special projects as necessary
- Resolution of employee’s requests, queries and complaints while providing high level of service
- Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Cabadbaran, Davao, Jimenez, Zamboanga
3 – Branch Manager
Qualifications:
- Preferably a Licensed Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer
- Exhibits high potential in leadership and management
- Must be excellent in oral and written English communication
- Must be analytical, hardworking, possess initiative and has a keen eye for details
- Willing to be assigned in CDO and Iligan City
Job Summary:
- Assist in implementing in programs to improve the overall efficiency of branch operations
- In charge of directing, coordinating, planning and overseeing tasks and operations within an organization involving hauling activities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a company-wide safety and risk management program
- Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Cabadbaran, Davao, Jimenez, Zamboanga
