Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- Male or female
- With at least 2 years experience as a restaurant supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities in the restaurant during his/her shift according to the objectives of the department and the vision and mission of the company
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of the Dining Crew in accomplishing their assigned tasks and ensures that these are done efficiently, cost-effectively, and according to the established standards of the company for Sales
QSC+F
- Effectively and strictly implements QSC+F standards in his/her restaurant.
- Performs effective restaurant incoming and turnover procedures
- Effectively monitors the quality of service delivered by the Dining crew to customers and ensures that they strictly adhere to quality service standards of the company
- Supervises the crew in maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in the Dining Area
- Monitors the quality of the products/ food delivered to guests and informs the OIC/General Manager of any deviation from existing standards
Budget, Sales, Profitability, and Cost Control
- Monitors cost of utilizing manpower, equipment, and other utilities and implements effective cost-consciousness measures to ensure that costs are within approved budgets
- Monitors and ensures that accurate restaurant product inventories are taken and transmitted to Commissary consistently and on time for proper projections in relation to the approved sales targets
- Recommends and implements approved effective sales
- Improvement and cost-consciousness measures to ensure that sales projections are reached and costs are kept within approved budgets
- Monitors and analyzes operating indicators in his/her shop and ensures that cost and variances are consistently controlled and maintained within standard levels in his/her shift
- Assists in setting effective sales projections and profitability targets
- Supervises the use and maintenance of sales area equipment, facilities, and other company assets to ensure that they are properly utilized, cared for, and maintained
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensures customer satisfaction through continuously finding and recommending effective ways to increase the service level of Sales operations
- Immediately attends to all customer complaints, ensures that such are promptly addressed by proper actions by the dining crew or by other departments concerned, by providing immediate feedback to them, and makes sure that, whenever possible, the complaining customer is updated on the developments of matters being addressed
- Constantly develops ways to increase customer satisfaction through QCS+F
