1 – Administrative Assistant
- Graduate of any business related course with relevant work experience
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
- With good leadership skills
- At least 20 years old

2 – Maintenance (Civil)
- Can be Engineering Technology course majoring in Civil or any related course
- Preferably with skills/knowledge in masonry, painting, plumbing
- With at least 6 months experience in repairs, maintenance activities or civil works

3 – Maintenance (Electrical)
- Can be Engineering Technology course major in Electrical or any related course
- Preferably with actual experience in Electrical works

4 – Maintenance (RAC)
- Can be a graduate of any Engineering Technology course majoring in Refrigeration/Air-conditioning or any related course
- Preferably with actual experience in RAC work

5 – Management Trainee
- Graduate of business related course, HRM, Hospitality/Tourism, Food Technology
- Excellent in interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and has strong leadership skills/background
- Strong relevant working experience would be an advantage

6 – Operations Assistant
- Graduate of HRM, Hospitality/Tourism, Food Technology
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills and good leadership skills

- Senior High School graduate, college level or graduate of any vocational course
- Conversant in English/Filipino
- Well groomed, cheerful and with pleasing disposition
