Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Representatives
Prime Synergy Solutions is a home grown BPO and now hiring for Customer Service Representatives.
Qualifications:
>> Fluent writing and speaking English ( this is a must).
>> Basic knowledge of Excel, Gmail, and general ability to use Windows based software.
>> Must be computer savvy.
>> Prior experience working for any of the following companies in the customer service telephone areas: Dish Network, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon FIOS, Bank of America is a plus.
>> Must be able to work full time. Willing and no problem working on graveyard shift.
>> Call center experience is a must.
