Vendor Services Specialist
Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to vendor status.
Responsibilities:
- Initial recruiting calls for candidates
- Audit new candidates to ensure they understand the scanning process
- Assist new vendors with adding apps to scanning device
- Follow up via phone with vendors who have expired documents
Qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented individual
- Active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to receive and record information
- Sound judgement and critical thinker
- Multitasking and organizational ability
- Excel knowledge
- Can work 24 hour a week
