Dash10 is looking for a:
Lead Software Engineer
In order to be successful for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications and skills, to wit:
- Planning & designing the technical implementation and underlying architecture of various features within Zeald’s software offerings
- Work with BA to identify the best way to implement a feature, identify issue and provide a solution within a specified timeframe
- Oversee developers, UI/UX designers, and dev-ops engineers with the implementation of their planned features
- Enforce high code quality & software development standards through code review and sign-off
- Contribute in the development capacity and bug fixes and serve as the point person for escalation of client issues
- Implement techniques and various approach to software development
- Ensure that the team uses the best approach to testing code quality
- Mentor and train members of the team
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong experience in object oriented code design skills and design patterns
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Strong algorithm design skills and experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Highly Analytical
- Adaptive and Flexible
- A good command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision and high accuracy work output
- Willing to work in Davao City
- Full-Time position
- Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM only
