- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management / Accounting Graduate or other related course
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience in preparation of documents and canvassing of supplies for government buildings
- Must be keen on details and organized
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Must be a critical thinker and able to communicate effectively
- Willing to do fieldwork if needed
