Restaurant Manager
- Oversee the entire operations
- Coordinating and assisting the Operations Manager/CEO regarding planning, operations and other promos
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Has strong understanding of the company’s background, core values and philosophy
- Checking the entire area to see if it’s clean and organized
- Ordering food, linen, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
- Managing daily shift operations
- Ensuring all cash-in and cash-outs are correctly complete
- Coordinating daily front and back of the house
- Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Appraising staff performance
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Ensures at all times that the store meets local health department guidelines
- Ensures all staff deliver the brand promise and always provides exceptional guest service
- Ensures staff provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate
- Establish high rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationships
- Ensure the respective staff and functions properly supervise the dining area to the fullest expectations
- Attend and assist in delivering team meetings
- Ensures food and services being offered are aligned with the standards of the company
- Has a strong understanding of company background, core values and philosophy
