1 – Agronomists
- College graduate in agriculture, forestry, biology, environmental or earth sciences, with a specialization in soil science
- Willing to work in Tulunan, North Cotabato and Calinan, Davao City
2 – Quality Inspectors
- Implements cutting order
- Evaluates, recommends and assists overall operation so that proper processing procedures are implemented from harvesting, up to the loading of boxes
- Informs concerned personnel (ex. Ph crew, harvester, and plant in-charge) if proper processing procedures are not followed to ensure corrective measures are taken
- Makes recommendations to improve operations
- Ensures fruits packed met company/ market standards
- Makes checklist and other functions required in packing house operations
- Ensures all materials that the company provides (ex. Post-harvest chemicals) needed for packing house operations are present
