Fleet and Maintenance Head
Mechanical Engineer
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Analyze gaps to ensure program meets standard requirements
- Establish maintenance strategies to install and commission equipment
- Create equipment preventative maintenance procedures
- Plan routine maintenance of equipment and machinery
- Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs
- Offer technical expertise to maintenance people like supervisors, mechanics and others
- Function as project development member to maintain new equipment
- Oversee and control maintenance costs
- Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements
- Check work in progress and during completion to meet specifications
- Support ongoing preventative maintenance program
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional License (passed board / professional license exam) in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years working experience related to the responsibilities mentioned above
- Methodical and attentive to details
- With strong leadership skills
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
