Qualifications:
- Bachelors/College Degree in Human Resource Management,Psychology or equivalent
- At least 2 year experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skills :Labor Relation, Employee Relation, Recruitment, Training, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Timekeeping, Performance Monitoring, Employee Engagement
- Must be excellent in written and communication skills
- Organized and has keen attention to details
- With People’s Management skills
- Can handle pressure
