Shop Suki in General Santos City is looking for:
1- Head of Technology
- The Head of Technology will maintain/innovate the information systems of Shop Suki by studying operations, designing, developing, installing/maintaining software/hardware solutions, and support the Shop Suki operations. The Head of Technology will lead a team of IT professionals and/or collaborate with other IT professionals.
- Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery and excellent software/hardware skills. Creative/innovative balanced with high quality and customer focus. Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time and has a strong analytical capability.
Responsibilities:
- Implement software solutions by studying information needs
- Conferring with users
- Studying systems flow, data usage and work processes

- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions

Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years of experience as an IT Professional
- Fluent with functional, imperative and object-oriented languages
- Either strong OOP or Functional Programing and modeling skills
- 4-5+ years professional experience in professional web development
- Fluent in PHP programming language
- Strong knowledge in any RDBMS such as MySQL, MariaDB and etc.
- Strong Knowledge in any JavaScript Framework
- Knowledgeable in Magento Platform
- Strong Knowledge in any Software Architecture
- Experience coding, testing and documentations
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience in installing/maintaining Servers (Linux, Windows)
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Experience building complex web systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
- Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates and meet production deadlines
- Experience with mission critical, 24×7 systems
- Experience implementing and consuming web services
- Experience developing software utilizing workflows
- Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
- Experience management skills such as monitoring tasks to meet production deadline
2 – Grocery Picking Supervisor
- You will be in charge of leading and managing a large team of grocery pickers. This is a full-time role based in KCC Supermarket at the Shop Suki Center of Operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organizing shifting schedules and day offs
- Monitoring performance, ensuring that picking targets are met
- Assisting in prioritization of orders to ensure that orders leave on time
- Collaborating with the scheduling and dispatch team
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience as a team leader or supervisor
- 2+ years of experience in operations or logistics
