- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Must be proficient in oral, written and interpersonal skills

- Willing to travel across branches within the Philippines
2 – Senior Van Salesman

- College degree, undergraduates may apply
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills
- Good numerical, analytical and presentation skills
- Knows how to drive with driver’s license RC 1, 2, 3
- Willing to travel and be assigned in out-based parts
3 – Service Technicians

- Candidate must possess at least a vocational diploma / short course certificate in automotive related courses
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- With good troubleshooting skills (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Must know how to drive (RC 1, 2)
- Possess initiative skills and willingness to work long hours
4 – Service Manager
(Dunlop Tires)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Must have a strong background with the Automotive industry
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
5 – Salesman
- Graduate of an business related course
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel and be assigned outbase
- Knows how to drive 4-wheels
6 – MIS Associate
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s / college degree, preferably any computer-related courses
- With fast speed computer encoding
- Troubleshooting is an advantage
- Can work long hours with minimum supervision
- No work experience required
7 – Service Advisor
- College graduate of any course with automotive background or inclination
- Short course certification in automotive related course (NCIII) is an advantage
- Must know how to drive (with driver’s license codes 1, 2)
- Automotive skills is an advantage
8 – Counter Sales Personnel
9 – Technical Engineer
- Graduate of any engineering course
- Excellent in oral and written communications
- Willing to work on field and travel outbase
10 – Distributor Sales Personnel
- A graduate of any business related course
- At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing
- Average in oral and written communication
- Computer literate
- Dependable, honest, diligent and hardworking
- Willing to travel and be assigned in any of the branches
- Can work with less supervision
- Must know how to manage pressure
- Goal-oriented
