Job Responsibilities:
- Review, update and formulate company policies, procedures and processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Conduct workplace investigation and issue disciplinary action
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
2 – Project Cadet Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Willing to travel
- With prior experience is an advantage
